This will be short, I promise! I forgot the weight update. So, I'm 6' tall and at the beginning of week 1 weighed 195. At the beginning of week 2 I weighed 192. At least I'm headed the right direction!
Wow, 3 pounds in a week is great for someone who's not significantly overweight... plus that's 3 pounds lost plus what has to be some muscle gain from the activity, so there should be a noticebale difference in some parts of your body! Great job!

I went through some hard times in the winter of 2008/2009 and this blog was created to follow me in my journey from "couch (okay, hospital bed!) 2 5K". I am following this running program in hopes of completing my first ever 5K run, less than 1 year after being totally paralyzed.
