Oops!!

This will be short, I promise! I forgot the weight update. So, I'm 6' tall and at the beginning of week 1 weighed 195. At the beginning of week 2 I weighed 192. At least I'm headed the right direction!

  1. Wow, 3 pounds in a week is great for someone who's not significantly overweight... plus that's 3 pounds lost plus what has to be some muscle gain from the activity, so there should be a noticebale difference in some parts of your body! Great job!
